Step-by-step guide


1- Making the change in the profile



This change can be done by any role

Steps

1 - On the top right corner of your screen, click on ‘My Profile’ and then on ‘update profile’


2 - On the ‘manage account page’, you can change your email id which will also change your username




2- Changing the email id or username on the requester’s contact record  

This change can be done by the national administrators only on behalf of the requester.

Steps

1 - On the ‘find courses’ page of the ‘contacts’ module, search for the requester’s contact

2 - Edit the requester’s contact, and edit the field ‘email id’ and make the change

Changing the email id will also change the username of the requester.
