There could be multiple reasons for this problem - let’s go over each of them.

Issue Possibilities

1 - You are trying to log into the Harmony system of another country

2 - You don’t remember the correct password to log in

3 - You are not added as a user in the Harmony system



1 - You are trying to log into the Harmony system of another country

On the Harmony link, you are using to log in please check if you are logging into the Harmony system of your country.


In case you are on another country’s harmony link, then use the country drop down to switch to your country’s Harmony system to log in.

In case, you were on your own country’s system then check for other issue possibilities.

2 - You don’t remember your password

You can use the forget password link to reset your password.

3 - You are not added as a user in the system

If you get an error like the below, then it’s perhaps because you are not added as a user in the system.  Please reach out to your national administrator in this case.
