For online courses and events, a new setting has been introduced to allow / restrict participants to register from other countries. It can be set at course type / event type level by the National Admin, who can specify multiple countries from where participants are allowed to register for a course or an event of that type.
Some fields that were not relevant (or needed modification) on the registration form for the online youth courses such as Online Art Excel, Online YES, etc. have been removed / updated.

Earlier participants if participants decided to register at the last minute of a few hours before the course start time, they were not able to do so. This is possible now - participants can register up until the course start time.
In case the course start time is not entered by the organizer, then the registration is open until midnight on the course start date. For instance the course starts on 28th June, then the registration will be open until 11:59 PM on 28th June.
On the registration form for all the youth courses (both online and offline) in countries where GDPR is applicable, a new section has been added where parents’ / guardians’ can provide consent for photos and videos of their children to be taken and used for promotion.
Teachers and organizers can export the participant list from Harmony to see for which participants they have the consent from the respective parents / guardians. The participant export also gives you the consent version for which the consent was given.
