We know you like your independence so we are enhancing your access for certain tasks you earlier needed to depend on Art of Living Digital.

1 - Finance admin roles can now be assigned by the National admins.

2 - While creating a new default fee structure or editing an existing one, National admins can choose to apply the fees to courses already announced in the system or just newly created ones.

Last year, we had introduced an easy-to-remember login URL for Harmony admins - ‘manage.artofliving.org’ that would detect the admin’s country and automatically redirect to that country’s Harmony login page.

We have enhanced this to work even when the Harmony admins are traveling outside their home country - a country selection is offered on ‘manage.artofliving.org’ so admins can select their country and proceed to log in.

Owing to Google’s increased prices, earlier this year we had to temporarily remove Google maps from the venue section on the 'New Course’ and ‘New Event’ page.

We have now re-introduced these maps in such a way so as to minimize the cost, while still offering the same ease that organizers are familiar with when adding or updating course / event venues.

Earlier, venue details could only be added in English even for the non-English speaking countries. This would make it difficult for some participants (who only spoke / knew the local language) to understand the course / event address on the website. Now, when editing a course / event, teachers / organizers can add the venue details in a local language in addition to English.

The confirmation email that participants receive after they register for a course now includes all the details of the course contact person that are provided when creating the course. This gives participants greater ease of reaching out to the course contact in case they need any assistance.

1 - Participants with pending health and PPA status

In case there are participants who have not given their consent for PPA and health declaration, a warning symbol will be shown against the participant’s record on the ‘View Participants page’. This is to highlight these participants, so teachers / organizers can follow up if needed.

2 - Participants with privacy settings set to ‘DO  NOT CALL', etc.

In case there are participants who have set their privacy settings set to ‘Do not email’ and ‘Do not phone’ on any page of Harmony where the participant’s email or phone is displayed, a ‘Stop’ symbol will be displayed for teachers to know that those participants are not to be contacted.

Earlier for all event types, the ‘event end date’ was a mandatory field. Sometimes organizers would confuse this field with the ‘repeat end date’ field for recurring events. Now, for single day events such as Sudarshan Kriya follow ups or Kirtans, the ‘event end date’ field has been disabled to avoid any confusion.

In some countries, it is a legal requirement to document the participant attendance records offline. This new feature allows teachers to upload these offline attendance records in Harmony making it easier to retrieve them later if needed. This facility is available on the ‘View Participants’, ‘Course Details’ and ‘Submit CAF’ screens.

In case any offline payment receipts have been given out to the participants by the teachers or the organizers, then those can be uploaded against the participant’s record on the ‘View Participants’ page making it easier for teachers to retrieve them later in case needed.

Earlier, teachers / organizers would sometimes realize, after their course ended, that there were participants with pending PPA or health declaration, and would have to follow up with these participants to get this done.

Now, the confirmation email sent to the participant clearly emphasizes that there are pending actions (such as PPA and health declaration) that need to be completed before the course starts. This is likely to reduce cases of pending participant actions, leading to a smoother CAF submission process for teachers while also reducing any legal liability concerns for the organization.

1- Earlier, the ‘Disable Course Fee’ option would only work on the ‘Manage Course Fees' page but would not work on the individual ‘Edit Fee record’ page. We have fixed this so you can disable the course fee from either page.

2 - Earlier, when editing a residential course or event, it wasn't possible to edit the existing accommodation options. Now this can be done.
