DID YOU KNOW?

October 31st, 2018

There are a number of features and enhancements in Unity and Harmony that have gone live over the last few months, as well as several country roll-outs. Below is a summary of some of the things that we’ve been working on for you, that you may not be aware of!

There have been several roll-outs that have gone live with the new version of the website (Unity 2.0) and Harmony.  Here’s a quick overview…

We recently launched the new version of the website for India which included:

1 - 500+ mobile-friendly web pages created and re-designed using the landing page module with SEO optimized content.

2 - 60+ pages migrated to the new version under the projects section showcasing statistics of the service activities being undertaken

In addition to India, we have also rolled out the new Unity website version to Belgium, Norway, Finland, Portugal, Croatia, Sweden, Lithuania, Peru, Panama, and France this year.

In Harmony, Germany changed their payment gateway to Stripe and saw a 36% increase in conversion rate and a 76% decline in failed payments.

We are excited to see that UAE is the first country in the Middle East to enable online payments with the Payfort payment gateway. We look forward to more countries in the Middle East to enable online payment in the near future.

In Latin America, online payments have been enabled for Peru and Uruguay with Mercado Pago and SistarBanc respectively.

And in Asia, Cambodia is now live with Harmony.

The ‘Deploy’ feature in the website admin panel is now available for every landing page, enabling you to publish your website changes in real time! No more having to wait up to three days for the scheduled bulk website update.

Returning users using the guest checkout option no longer have to log in to their Harmony account to register for a course or an event, making the registration process faster and easier.  This also has significantly increased the conversion rate.

Resetting your password is now possible in fewer steps making it faster and easier to login. This has resulted in 5 times more people who forgot their password completing the password recovery process, and an overall increase of 0.66% overall in conversions.

There was a 25% increase in click rate when the positioning of ‘Entry level program’ and ‘Graduate level program’ buttons was changed on the course search page.

You can now have better participant attendance with the event reminder email that the system automatically sends out before the event starts. This can be configured by the event organizer when announcing an event.

Webmasters can now create and edit landing pages more quickly and easily by reusing standard or customized components (along with their content and images) from another landing page using the “Copy component” feature. These copied components will be stored in the webmaster’s account profile under the “Copied components” section for future reuse.

The language drop down on the registration form now allows participants to see the form not only in English but also in your country’s local language making it more convenient for them to register.

Events announced in Harmony expire on the website once the event expiration date has reached, which had a maximum limit of one year.  This limitation has now been removed and can repeat forever, so that event organizers no longer have to remember to announce their recurring event each year.

You can now choose not to show courses on the website after the course start date. Contact the Art of Living Digital team to enable this configuration for you.

The ‘Transfer request denial reason’ field now allows teachers to instantly understand the reason why a transfer request submitted by them was rejected avoiding any to and fro between the approver and the requestor.
