Harmony Newsletter Release

As you are aware that Harmony has expanded over the past few years, so has its complexity. Just like with any feature-rich product, maintaining simplicity while enhancing functionality is critical for usability.

Presenting to you our renewed Newsletter module in Harmony with a fresh look and enhanced features.

Whilst you could send the newsletter earlier through the Mailings and Contacts modules, we now have these combined under the Newsletter module, which has additional features and is easier to use. This provides an easy way to find your contact groups and templates at the same place, making it hassle-free to use.

The newsletter module is available to National Admins from the main menu: Newsletters

Below are the 3 sub-modules available for creating and sending newsletters:

You can create Static or Smart groups/ lists of contacts available in Harmony, who would eventually be the recipients of the newsletter(s). All the group lists created will be available to send the newsletter(s).

The template builder available here helps you create the template for sending newsletters. It has elements and blocks to add content and images to the template. There are a few default templates too that can be copied and modified to suit your newsletter. The templates created here will be used to send the newsletter(s).

Here the admins choose the contact list and the template created previously to send the newsletter. Here, you can also see the list of all newsletters that were already sent or are scheduled to be sent, along with others that were cancelled or partially completed.

Introducing Harmony Self help videos

Harmony Self help videos have now been made available on our YouTube channel and can be quite useful for new, as well as existing users of Harmony.

As you may be aware, Harmony is enabled in 30 different languages across the world. These YouTube videos have subtitles enabled in multiple languages to cater to our users from linguistically diverse backgrounds. This introductory video shows how to enable subtitles on these videos.

Instead of waiting for live training to be conducted, new National admins and Teachers can conveniently access the Harmony Self help videos, to learn the basics of Harmony.

These videos have been classified as per the various modules, which enables experienced users of Harmony to directly dive into topics when they need more information and clarity.

These playlists will also be kept up-to-date with the demo videos from the new Harmony releases and also includes demo videos from older releases of Harmony.
