Presenting the new set of features as a part of our regular Harmony upgrade. Most of these features will be available by default on all country instances.

Features

Course outreach and promotions can now be boosted with the new social media share buttons available to course participants, teachers, organizers for promoting courses and events to their friends and others on their social networks.

The weekly recurring event announcement option now has a new add-on. Earlier, when choosing the weekly repeat frequency for an event, the only option organizers had was to have the event repeat every week, now they have the choice to to have it repeat every 2 (or 3 or 4) weeks.

For example, event can be set to repeat on Sundays and Thursdays every other week.

When the first event in a recurring event series is cancelled / deleted, the entire series gets cancelled / deleted. Earlier, this was not too evident to the Harmony admins and  teachers Because of this the admins and teachers would end up accidentally cancelling and deleting the entire series even though intending to cancel only the first event of the series.

To avoid this, we now display a warning pop up message that re-confirms with the user if they want to cancel / delete the entire series.

Earlier it was not possible to delete the first row of the expenses section causing inconvenience to the teachers and admins. The bug fix done now ensures that any expense row can be deleted at any given time.
