Earlier for all event types, the ‘event end date’ was enabled and often some teachers would confuse that field with the ‘repeat end date’ field in cases of recurring events. Now, for single day events such as follow ups, Harmony will not require you to fill the ‘event end date’ field to avoid any confusion.

Earlier, when there were participants with pending PPA or health declaration, teachers / organizers would at times miss this and then have to following up with them to get this done.
Now the confirmation email sent to the participant clearly emphasizes upfront, that there are pending actions (such as PPA and health declaration) that need to be completed before the course starts. This is likely to reduce cases of pending participant actions, leading to a smoother CAF submission process for teachers while also reducing any legal liability concerns for the organization.

1- Earlier the ‘disable course fee’ option would only work on the ‘manage course fees page’ but would not work on the individual ‘edit fee record’ page. We have fixed this and now the ‘disable course fee’ option works well on both the pages.
