2 - has one of these course statuses -  complete, canceled, declined or pending review

3 - is not added in the course locator tab on the course search page or not added under the right tab

4 - is not a part of the first 100 records that show up on the course search page

Or

5 - You are trying to find your course or event under a location or under a center that is different from what you entered in Harmony

Or

6 - There is perhaps a sync issue between Harmony and the website

Or

7 - You have announced a recurring event with registration enabled and some of the instances don't seem up on the website.
