1 - Change the course fee while announcing the course
Steps
1 - If you are a teacher or a program organizer, then while announcing the course look for the below checkbox and check it off. This will allow you to edit the course fee
In case you do not see this checkbox, then reach out your country’s national administrator.
B - Change the course fee of an existing course
For this case raise a ticket below or have your country representative raise it on your behalf.
C - Change/ update the default course fee or fee settings
This can only be done by the Harmony national administrator of a country
Steps
1 - Go to the ‘Manage course fee’ page under the ‘System settings’ menu.
2 - Look for the fee record that needs updating/ editing and use the ‘disable’ option under ‘more’ to disable the fee record
3 - Use ‘Add new course fees’ button to add a new fee record with updated fee and fee settings
Why do I need to disable the fee record and then create a new one? why can I not just edit the fee record?
Editing a fee record would affect the existing courses that are using the corresponding fee record. Therefore editing a fee record is not allowed in the system.
However, disabling the fee record allows the existing courses to continue using the fee record (even though it’s disabled) and the newly created fee record (with the updated fee and fee settings) is used by courses announced after the new fee creation.

4 - Change the course fee of an existing event
Steps
1 - Go to the ‘Find Events’ page under the ‘events’ menu.
2 - Use the ‘event id’ field on the ‘edit search criteria’ to look for the event for which you need to update the fee.
3 - Edit the event and update the fee under the ‘fee information’ section
