Harmony XI.  It's primarily focused on dramatically improving the user experience of the Harmony admin console for teachers, program organizers and National Admins, and putting more power in their hands. Home Dashboard for Teachers / Organizers


The home dashboard provides you with a central location to view key course/event info and perform the most common actions without requiring a single click:

1 - A snapshot of today’s programs with registration counts, and links to check-in event participants

2 - Quick links to frequently used features such as ‘New Course’ and ‘New Event’

3 - Details of your upcoming courses with registration and revenue stats

Universal Search

With universal search, you can find any Harmony related information instantly from any admin console page!

You can quickly and easily look up your courses, events or participants without having to navigate to a specific page in Harmony, using the quick universal search available on the header of every page. It includes an auto suggest search results dropdown feature for maximum convenience. Several course, event and participant related actions, such as 'View / Transfer / Refund participants' can be performed in significantly fewer steps.


Sleek New Design

The new Harmony design offers a collapsible vertical navigation menu and a compact header, presenting a clean and sleek look.  It offers more features and more screen space than before, while making navigation easier and more intuitive. The improved color scheme and fonts will make you want to stay logged into Harmony all day long!

Also, we have made various user experience optimizations for certain Harmony pages such as:

Login Page

On the 'Login page' and the 'Forgot password' we now have the country drop down and the language drop.

Courses & Events Listing Page

On the 'Find Courses' and 'Find Events' page we now have fewer columns avoiding the bottom horizontal scroll. Teachers and admins can still view all columns by clicking ‘Show all columns’. The 'Actions' menu gives you links to take relevant actions on the page. 

The course and event strip displays quick yet relevant information regarding the particular course they are viewing. This strip is available on all pages related to a particular course or event.

Participants Listing Page

On the view participants page you can click on the three dots on the page header for course related actions. In addition to that, filtering criteria are available in a side menu, allowing the user to search for a particular participant or a set of participants that meet one or more search parameters.


New Course / Event Wizard


Announcing new courses and events just got quicker and easier!  The new wizard flow on the ‘New Course’ and ‘New Event’ pages breaks the lengthy process into manageable chunks. Additionally, the fields on the page have been more logically organized making the entire announcement process easier for teachers and organizers.


One-click Participant Check-in 


Managing intro talk attendees is now something to look forward to!

Avoid having to manually keep a track of who attended and who did not attend your event. Use the new check-in page to check-in your attendees. The attendee list can be filtered easily by entering the attendee’s name, email or phone, and can be checked in using a single click. You can also add notes related to that particular participant. This page also allows you to add new on-the-spot attendees who show up at the event without having registered online.


Registration for Recurring Events


Did you ever want to accept online registrations for recurring intro talks or satsangs, but ended up wasting time struggling to keep track of registrations offline?  Now no more headaches!

Online registration/RSVP is now available for free recurring events, so you can track all your registrations online from one place within Harmony.


Quick RSVP for Events


Registering for free events is now smooth as butter!

We have eliminated a step in the registration/RSVP process for free events (both one-time and recurring). Earlier, on clicking the registration button on the website, users were taken to a separate page to complete the registration which took time to load. Now, a pop up opens instantaneously on the same page which allows the user to register/RSVP immediately.  This feature is available for both one-time and recurring events.


Payment Success Optimization 


In the case of a failed payment attempt by a participant, in order to re-attempt the payment, he/she would face an awkward user experience, having to manually navigate back to the start of registration form, significantly decreasing the chance that they would actually attempt to do so.

Optimizations have been made in the re-payment flow, making it much easier and friction-less.  This in turn will result in increased registrations and revenue. Intuitive redirection messages will be displayed to participants as they navigate through the screens in the registration process.  Participants will also be emailed a re-payment link, as an additional way to give them a gentle nudge to re-attempt payment.


Self Service Translations


Tired of emailing back and forth spreadsheets of translation strings to the Art of Living Digital team?  Frustrated finding some words’ translations not appearing in Harmony? No more frustration and time wasting!

Take control with the new self-service translation screen that enables National Admins to instantly add / update translations in just a few seconds. Simply search for any string on the translation screen and add / update with the relevant translation.

Expense Receipt Image Upload 


Harmony now helps you go green!  Course and event management can now go completely paperless!

The scanned receipts of course/event expenses incurred by the teachers / program organizers can now be uploaded in Harmony while filling out the CAF. This will make the CAF process quicker and easier, both for teachers / organizers and for Finance Admins, who can now manage the entire process online from within Harmony. No more need to deal with bits of paper floating around, and no more need to send course paperwork and receipts by snail mail to the national finance office.

Editable Course Fees for National Admins


As a National Admin, did you ever get frustrated because you wanted to update the fees for an active course by yourself, but had to contact the Art of Living Digital team and wait for them to take care of it?  No more waiting!

Now as a National Admin, you can take charge and immediately edit fees for existing courses directly from the ‘Edit course’ page, without having to depend on the Art of Living Digital team.
