Harmony Release 11.14.1

As you are aware that Harmony has expanded over the past few years, so has its complexity. Just like with any feature rich product, maintaining simplicity while enhancing functionality is critical for usability.

Presenting the new set of features as a part of our regular Harmony upgrade. Most of these features will be available by default on all country instances.

Enhancements:

Manage Course Types screen & Manage Event Types screen in Harmony now has a filter enabled to search course/event types based on available criteria. Admins who have access to System Settings module can search course/event types using course type name or ID.

Similar to adding custom names for events, NAs can now add custom names for courses. This can be done for any of the course types under System Settings > Course Settings > Manage Course Types. Once the custom names are added, they appear as a dropdown option while announcing new courses or while editing existing courses. The course names can also be seen on various Harmony pages and emails, which can be referred to here - Course Name Alias: Affected Screens.

Course name aliases will also be shown on the course details page on the Art of Living Website.

Teachers, program organizers, or any role in Harmony who can edit participant information can now add a Memo against a participant record. This will help anyone looking at the record know if there are any particular details of the participant. After adding the memo, a memo Icon will start appearing against the participant record, and the memo added will be reflected on the View Participant Details page.

As per the recent directives from The Secretariat, only National participants are allowed to register for the courses/events announced in that country’s Harmony. Anyone trying to register from a location outside the country will not be allowed to register for the courses/events of that country. This restriction is based on the IP address for all online and offline courses/events.

Currently, when a participant is transferred from course A to course B, the teacher of course B has no background of the participant. A new Course transfer details table is added in Harmony under the participant details page whenever a participant is transferred from one course to another. This is in order to make transfer details of the participant visible to teachers of both courses.
