Harmony Release 12.1

As you are aware that Harmony has expanded over the past few years, so has its complexity. Just like with any feature rich product, maintaining simplicity while enhancing functionality is critical for usability.

Presenting the new set of features as a part of our regular Harmony upgrade. Most of these features will be available by default on all country instances.

Enhancements:

While announcing repeating events, Harmony admin users were getting confused between the 'To Date' and 'Repeat End Date' fields, which resulted in incorrect announcements.

To prevent such errors, we have rearranged the position of the 'Repeats' field. When users select a daily, weekly, or monthly frequency, the 'To Date' field will now be hidden. The functionality for repeating events remains unchanged, but some fields have been rearranged. For events with a 'Custom' frequency, each date can have a timings field, and the 'Weekday' and 'Weekend' fields will not be shown.

We have updated the ‘Course details report(with financials)’ with two new display options:

Include fee level breakup - this will show details of Fee level participant count and Fee level Revenue for each fee level.

Include payment method breakup - this will show all the revenue from each payment method.

The following region specific enhancements have been done:

For Singapore, Postal Code is a mandatory field now. Only National Admin will be able to announce the courses/ events for location having postal code 218679.

If any Teacher/ Program Organizer wants to announce a course/ event in the earlier mentioned postal code then they need to reach out to the National Admin. Also, if any Teacher/ Program Organizer is added as a program organizer for announced courses/ events with postal code 218679, then ‘Dates’ and ‘Location’ fields will be non-editable for them.
