Introducing Dashboards in Harmony

Dear One, 

We are happy to introduce a new major feature in Harmony today... Dashboards

Whilst you already have access to numeric reports within Harmony, we have now introduced powerful dashboards that provide summary statistics and charts for easy visualization, which will make it much easier for you to see how your country is performing and to make data driven decisions. These dashboards are embedded within Harmony for easy access.

The dashboards are always up to date, as the data warehouse that powers the dashboards is automatically updated daily.

The dashboards are available to National Admins from the main menu: Reports > Dashboards

The National Admin can view the following key course metrics:

• Number of courses
• Number of participants
• Revenue
• Monthly / yearly trends
• Drill down and export to excel option is also available for all the charts

• For any teacher, the National Admin can view:
  • Number of courses taught
  • Number of participants
  • Revenue generated
• Top teachers by participants / revenue
• CAF status wise breakup of the number of courses
• Wide range of filters available to slice and dice the data as per your need
• Drill down and export to excel option is also available for all the charts

Please note : The dashboards are best viewed in desktop/laptop
