We have recently gone live with two Harmony releases, which include some features that will make you smile…

EARLIER separate fee components displayed on different sections of the website was confusing for some site visitors leading to some drop off from the registration page.

AND NOW we will display only the total fee (including accommodation fee) in a way that makes it easier for participants to understand how much they have to pay. This improves usability for the customer and will increase the conversion rate.

EARLIER even though you could announce various events in Harmony, the event accounting had to be done offline.

AND NOW in addition to event announcement, event accounting can also be done online within Harmony (as for courses), enabling you to have a smoother event accounting process and significantly reduce the administrative burden for both event organizers and national finance administrators.

EARLIER you could create a new event only by clicking on the ‘New event’ sub-menu making it time-consuming if you had to create multiple similar events.

AND NOW the ‘Copy event’ feature enables Harmony admins to easily announce an event that's similar to an existing one by making a copy of an existing event and making just the relevant changes.

EARLIER after announcing an event, you would have to wait for the event to sync with the website and then go to the website to see how the ‘Event details page’ looks for the end user.

AND NOW  you don’t have to wait or go to the website to see how your event looks like. The Event Preview Button added on the ‘Event announcement page’ allows you to preview the template of your event right when you create it.

EARLIER teachers and program organizers would sometimes go to the wrong Harmony instance (of another country) and would wonder why their login credentials wouldn’t work.

AND NOW we have set up ‘manage.artofliving.org’, an easy to remember URL for all Harmony admins (including teachers and program organizers) who would be automatically redirected to the appropriate Harmony admin console, reducing the number of login issues.

EARLIER a recurring event could repeat only until a maximum of one year requiring Harmony admins to re-create the event after one year, which they would often forget to do which would lead to confusion.

AND NOW Harmony admins have the ability to announce recurring events with an indefinite repeat possibility saving them from the effort of having to remember to re-create the events every year.

EARLIER Harmony admins would have had to drag and select the long registration URL, which was a minor inconvenience.

AND NOW Harmony admins can simply click on ‘Copy link’ to copy the registration URL.
