Harmony : Newsletter Release and Self Help Videos

Presenting to you our renewed Newsletter module in Harmony with a fresh look and enhanced features.

Whilst you could send the newsletter earlier through the Mailings and Contacts modules, we now have these combined under the Newsletter module, which has additional features and is easier to use. This provides an easy way to find your contact lists and templates at the same place, making it hassle-free to use.

The newsletter module is available to National Admins and Mailing Admins from the Main menu: Newsletters, and below are the 3 sub-modules available for creating and sending newsletters:

You can create Static or Smart Contact Lists (the email recipients) from the contacts available in Harmony. All the Contact Lists created can be reused for sending emails as explained in the later sections.

The WYSIWYG template builder available here helps you design the newsletters. The builder has various blocks and elements to format text content, images and videos. We have included a default template for reference which utilizes most of these elements, that can be copied and modified to suit your newsletter.

In this section you can view the past or scheduled newsletters, also schedule or send a newsletter immediately by associating the previously created contact list and newsletter template.

Introducing Harmony Self help videos

Harmony Self help videos have now been made available on our YouTube channel and can be quite useful for new, as well as existing users of Harmony.

As you may be aware, Harmony is enabled in 30 different languages across the world. These YouTube videos have subtitles enabled in multiple languages to cater to our users from linguistically diverse backgrounds. We recommend you to watch the introductory video to get started.

Instead of waiting for live training to be conducted, National admins and Teachers can conveniently access the Harmony Self help videos, to understand the modules and features of Harmony.

The videos have been classified module wise, which enables experienced users of Harmony to directly dive into topics when they need more information and clarity.

The playlists will also be kept up-to-date with the demo videos from the new Harmony releases and also includes demo videos from older releases of Harmony.
