Harmony Release 11.13
As you are aware that Harmony has expanded over the past few years, so has its complexity. Just like with any feature rich product, maintaining simplicity while enhancing functionality is critical for usability.
Presenting the new set of features as a part of our regular Harmony upgrade. Most of these features will be available by default on all country instances.
Enhancements:
Google AdWords integration for Conversion ID and Conversion Label has been added to both Events and Courses in Harmony. National Admins (NA), Program Organizers (PO) & Teachers can configure the parameters at each Event or Course level. For such courses/events, upon successful Participant Registration, Conversion ID & Label will be posted to Google, which helps track the performance of ads in the respective Google Adwords accounts.
National Admins can now add up to four custom fee levels in addition to the four default fee levels (Regular, Repeater, Senior, Student) for any course type in Harmony. The custom fee levels help National Admins add new fee levels if they need additional ones apart from the default fee levels.
NA, PO & Teachers can now record answers to fee level related questions while doing assisted (back-end) registration for courses. The answers to these questions can also be viewed in CSV/Excel exported file.
The existing functionality where NA, PO & Teachers could initiate an email to the participants requesting them to complete the Program Participant Agreement & Pending Payment has now been enhanced to cover all the Event Types.
There is a new block in the Notes section while announcing Courses and Events - Course/Event Email Notes - where NA, PO & Teachers can add custom text that will be shown only on the Registration Confirmation Email sent out to participants. This will NOT be visible on the Course/Event Landing Page. The Course/Event Description and Course/Event Notes blocks will be now visible only on the Course/Event Landing Page.
UTM parameters will be stored in Harmony whenever a participant registers with a URL having UTM parameters. NA, PO & Teachers can see UTM parameters (ID, Source, Medium, Campaign, Term, Content) on the participant details page or in participants' export to CSV file.
The current functionality allows for sending Reminder Emails to Participants at a scheduled time for both courses & events. This functionality has been enhanced to schedule and send more than one email to the participants at various intervals before as well as after the course/event completion. Each scheduled email can be also targeted to a subset of participants for the course or event, as per various filtering options available within the module.
To get more details on eligibility criteria for any event, NAs can now add a customized question that can be used to ask more details about eligibility criteria. NAs can enable and edit the question under System Settings > Manage Event Types for the particular event(s). Answers entered will be reflected in the Print registration form.
The Course Start Date is a new filter available in the Account Revenue Data and Account Expense Data reports, which the admins can use to get more accurate reports based on the start date of Courses.
To avoid multiple refunds being initiated for a single participant record due to various reasons, the ‘Approve’ / ‘Decline’ button on the Refund page will be disabled once there is an existing refund request initiated. In case of multiple refund attempts, Harmony will display a note indicating the presence of an existing refund request.
