The home dashboard provides you with a quick view of :
1 - Today’s programsA snapshot of today’s programs, with links to check-in event participants
2 - Quick links to frequently used features
3 - Details of your upcoming and past courses and events
In case you don’t have any programs today then it will show you the first two upcoming programs.
In case you don’t have any upcoming programs then you will see ‘No upcoming programs’ on this section.

Universal Search
There is now an easy way to look for any data related to up your courses, events or participants without having to go a specific page in Harmony, using the quick universal search available on the top header of every page.
Let’s say for instance, a participant John Smith asked for a refund. In the earlier system you would need to go to ‘Contacts’ (show screen), search for John’s contact (show screen), go to his course history (show screen) and then click on relevant course ID (show screen), then click on the ‘view participant’s page’ (show screen) and then click on ‘refund’ (show screen).
Now all you need to do is use the search bar to search for John Smith and courses and events for which he is a participant will show up.
You can click on the relevant registration ID from the options and you will be taken to John’s participant detail page where you can submit a refund request directly.
Additionally, on this page you can take other relevant actions as well such as transfer, perform sale, update balance due, etc.
Collapsible Navigation Menu
Introducing a vertical collapsible menu that makes the navigation easy and intuitive. It’s simple and compact style adds a pinch of spice to the whole design.
Several course, event and participant related actions, such as 'View / Transfer / Refund participants' can be performed in significantly fewer steps.

The new Harmony skin offers a collapsible navigation menu and a compact header, presenting a clean and sleek look, yet offering more features and more screen space than before, while making navigation easier and more intuitive.

One-click Participant Check-in
Avoid having to manually keep a track of who attended and who did not attend your event. Use the new check-in page to check-in your attendees. The attendee list can be filtered easily by entering the attendee’s name, email or phone, and can be checked in using a single click. You can also add notes related to that particular participant. This page also allows you to add new on-the-spot attendees who show up at the event venue on the spot, without registering online

Streamlined Page Design
Our user experience experts have made the page elements Harmony pages more visually attractive and organised them, making it more intuitive for the users to take an action on a page.new enhancements have been done on these pages, such as:
Login Page
On the 'login Login page' and the 'forgot Forgot password' we now have the country drop down and the language drop.
Courses & Events Listing Page
On the find courses and find events 'Find Courses' and 'Find Events' page we now have fewer columns avoiding the bottom horizontal scroll. However the teachers Teachers and admins can still view all columns by clicking ‘show ‘Show all columns’. The actions button 'Actions' menu gives you quick links to take relevant actions on the page.
The course and event strip displays quick yet relevant information regarding the particular course they are viewing. This strip is available on all pages related to a particular course or event.
Participants Listing Page
On the view participants page you can click on the three dots on the page header for quick links course related actions. In addition to that there is a filter on the side that easily allows you to search , filtering criteria are available in a side menu, allowing the user to search for a particular participant or a set of participants using that meet one or more search parameters.
Registration for Recurring Events
Unlike earlier, online registration/RSVP is now available for free recurring events which saves program organizers the effort and pain of managing registrations offline .
Earlier there was no registration button available when you were announcing a recurring event. Now this feature is available both for recurring as well as non-recurring free events.
And now you will and also have participants’ data in Harmony itself.

Harmony Mobile App for Teachers and Organizers
We are working on a new mobile app that will enable teachers and organizers to announce courses and events, view registrations, check-in participants, and set up personalized notifications.
Website Smart Search and Quick RSVP
We have now eliminated a step in the registration/RSVP process for free events (both one-time and recurring). Earlier, on clicking the registration button on the website, users were taken to a separate page to complete the registration. Now, a pop up opens up on the same page which allows the user to register/RSVP easily and quickly.
This feature Now the website visitors can RSVP for free events right on the event details page instead if being taken to the Harmony registration form making it easier, faster and more user friendly and increasing event sign-ups. This is available for both, one-time and recurring events.
Smart Search on Website
We have now made it easy for the users to search any course in any location - all they need to do is to add the required course type or the location in the smart search bar. The search bar will auto-populate relevant suggestions for courses and the location.
Payment Success Optimization
Optimization done in the repayment flow will result in increased registrations and revenue.
Now the participants can repay without having to go back to the start of registration form making the payment process friction-less.
Intuitive redirection messages will be displayed to participants as they navigate through the screens in the registration process.
When a transaction doesn’t go through, participants will be emailed a re-payment link, giving them a gentle nudge to re-attempt.
Self-service Translations for Country Admins
Launching a new self-service translation screen that will allow the country admin to instantly add / update translations in just a few seconds. Simply search for any string on the translation screen and add / update with the relevant translation.
