Completely New Harmony User Experience for Teachers and Organizers
The home dashboard provides you with:

Universal Search
There is now an easy way to look up your courses, events or participants without having to go a specific page in Harmony, using the quick universal search available on the header of every page. Several course, event and participant related actions, such as 'View / Transfer / Refund participants' can be performed in significantly fewer steps.

Unlike earlier, online registration/RSVP is now available for free recurring events which saves program organizers the effort and pain of managing registrations offline and also have participants’ data in Harmony itself.
Harmony Mobile App for Teachers and Organizers
We are working on a new mobile app that will enable teachers and organizers to announce courses and events, view registrations, check-in participants, and set up personalized notifications.
Website Smart Search and Quick RSVP
We have now eliminated a step in the registration/RSVP process for free events (both one-time and recurring). Earlier, on clicking the registration button on the website, users were taken to a separate page to complete the registration. Now, a pop up opens up on the same page which allows the user to register/RSVP easily and quickly.

We have now made it easy for the users to search any course in any location - all they need to do is to add the required course type or the location in the smart search bar. The search bar will auto-populate relevant suggestions for courses and the location.
Payment Success Optimization
Optimization done in the repayment flow will result in increased registrations and revenue.
Now the participants can repay without having to go back to the start of registration form making the payment process friction-less.
Intuitive redirection messages will be displayed to participants as they navigate through the screens in the registration process.
When a transaction doesn’t go through, participants will be emailed a re-payment link, giving them a gentle nudge to re-attempt.
Self-service Translations for Country Admins
Launching a new self-service translation screen that will allow the country admin to instantly add / update translations in just a few seconds. Simply search for any string on the translation screen and add / update with the relevant translation.
