Universal Search Image Modified
There is now an easy way to look for any data related to your courses, events or participants without having to go a specific page in Harmony, using the quick universal search available on the top of every page. Let’s say for instance, a participant John Smith asked for a refund. In the earlier system you would need to go to |

and then click on relevant course |

ID (show screen), then click on the ‘view participant’s |

‘refund’ (show screen). Now all you need to do is use the search bar to search for John |

Smith and courses and events for which he is a participant will show up. You can click on the relevant registration ID from the options and you will be taken to John’s participant detail page where you can submit a refund request directly. Additionally, on this page you can take other relevant actions as well such as transfer, perform sale, update balance due, etc. |
