Earlier the youth registration form consisted of many optional fields which made the form appear extremely daunting to fill. Now all these optional form fields are collapsed into sections, so the form is smaller, and customers can focus on providing the mandatory information rather than get overwhelmed with the optional fields.

Earlier, country admins had to extract information from Harmony and make some edits before they could send the IAOLF report to the IAOLF admin, who would then have to make further changes to suit her needs. Now, in Harmony, at the push of a button, the report is sent in the appropriate format directly to the IAOLF admin, making the reporting process seamless and faster for everyone.

We have rolled out Harmony online registration for Brunei.

In case a participant’s payment fails, and he/she later visits the registration page to make another attempt to register, as soon as they enter their email ID on the registration form, Harmony offers them the option to simply retry their payment instead of filling the entire registration form all over again. This will enhance the ease of registration and will likely increase conversions.

When a list of participants, courses or events exported from Harmony (in csv format) was opened in MS Excel, certain special characters would not show up properly making it a brain boggling exercise to understand. While this is a limitation with MS Excel, considering its popularity we have now provided an option to export directly in Excel format.
