As Harmony's has expanded over the past few years, so has its complexity. Just like with any feature rich product, maintaining simplicity while enhancing functionality is critical for usability. Below are some features that have gone LIVE, that make the system simple yet more functional.

Re-register for additional sessions of an event

Image Removed

Program organizers can create events where participants can re-register for additional sessions. For instance, let’s say an organizer has announced a yoga event with options to purchase a single-session ticket or a five-session ticket. A participant who has bought a single-session ticket can re-register for the same event with another single-session ticket or five-session ticket.

Paid recurring events

Image Removed

Earlier there was no facility to charge a fee for recurring events making it difficult for the organizers to manage the registrations and payments, as that had to be done offline. With the new enhancement, now paid recurring events can be announced making the registration and payment management much simpler and more organized.

An additional filter available within the ‘Filter by’ feature on the ‘Find Events’ page allows you to filter the search results by paid or free events.

Announce bi-monthly events with ease

Organizers and teachers can announce events that repeat more than once a month within a single event instead of having to create separate events, making it easier to manage them.

Optimized list view for participants

Image Added

Building on the work we have done in the past few months to present the course, events and participant information in a concise manner, we've optimized the 'View Participants' page further.

a) The default view on this page now shows participants whose payment status is either confirmed or pending, instead of just confirmed ones as earlier.

b) Participants’ registration date is displayed now.

c) Added the 'group size' column (for events) which makes it easier to understand how many people are coming in each group of participants.

Feature the event facilitator’s name on the website

Image Added

Several of your events have speakers or facilitators you would like to feature on the event details page on the website, but there wasn’t a way to add their names when announcing the event. The new ‘Facilitator’ field allows you to do this, and you can also customize the label for it (Instructor, Speaker, etc.).

Improved course and event filters

Image Added

New course and event filters available on the 'Find events and Find courses' page provide greater filtering capability - you can now also filter by 'event name', events and courses with/without accommodation and events that use default fee/custom fee. We're really working on reducing manual work for you.

Change on the course summary pane

Image Added

Earlier clicking on the participant count took you to the participant summary view. Instead, now you are taken to the participant details page, which most organizers and teachers find more relevant.

We understand this bug fix is minor and your life does not depend on them but we feel if these fixes make it a little more comfortable for you to use Harmony then it's worth the effort.

Online Payment for Luxembourg

Image Added

We have now added Luxembourg to our list of countries who have a payment gateway (Stripe) available -  making online payments possible for participantsHarmony admin can disable announcement of new courses of a specific course type and still have the past and active courses available on the ‘Find Courses’ page and in the ‘Reports’ module, preventing the inadvertent announcement of inactive course types.

Discount codes for courses falling in a specific date range

Earlier, if a discount code needed to be applied to all courses starting within a specific date range, all relevant course IDs would have to be manually added while creating the discount code, making the process frustrating and cumbersome.
